Learn the basics of composition,
color, texture, and drawing
while creating paintings with
watercolor. Emphasis is on types
of strokes and washes achieved
with different paint brushes. We
will work with fun exercises
that get your creative juices
flowing using lots of different
media including water-soluble
crayons, pencils, and metallic.
Cutouts, stencils, textures,
carvings, and rubber stamps will
be used with a variety of
papers.

background in metal-work or
ceramics you can create your own
fine silver jewelry with
Precious Metal Clay. The clay,

potter’s clay, turns into fine
silver (.999) after it’s fired
in a kiln. Simple tools and
basic methods make this medium

clay can be purchased from the
