Ben Jureviclus
As a virtually self-taught artist, I find
that my flourishes when I take the time to
observe – to really see – not just with my
eyes, but with all my senses. I have worked
in a number of different media, but in
pastel painting I have found a medium that
answers beautifully to what I have to say as
an artist. For the last six years I have
participated in local shows and festivals in
Northern Illinois and have been honored with
a number of awards for my work.
